There’s nothing quite like those early days tiny toes, sleepy yawns, that newborn smell you wish you could bottle up forever. My newborn sessions are all about slowing down time just for a little while, so you can hold onto these memories forever.
I’m Nikita, and for over 10 years I’ve been trusted by families across Lancashire and Yorkshire to create safe, beautiful, timeless portraits of their babies. From my cosy studio in Barnoldswick, I welcome clients from Manchester to Leeds and everywhere in between.
🌿 What to Expect
Newborns change so quickly I recommend booking in for your session while your baby is under 4 weeks old. This is when they’re still super sleepy and love being gently curled into those beautiful womb like poses.
Sessions are completely baby led, meaning we take our time with feeding, changing and soothing there’s no rush here. I provide everything: wraps, outfits, nappies, wipes, and warm brews for parents. All you need to do is show up and relax.
🛋️ The Studio
My studio is designed to feel like a calm retreat think warm lighting, neutral tones, and relaxing white noise. I keep the space spotless and baby safe, with comfy seating and snacks to help you feel at home.
You’re welcome to include parents, siblings and even well behaved dogs (just let me know in advance so we can prep!). These images are about family as much as your little one.
📆 When to Book
It’s best to book while you’re still pregnant. I’ll pop your due date in my diary and keep space flexible around your baby’s arrival. I only take on a limited number of sessions per month to ensure each family gets my full attention.
Due to babies arriving on their own schedule, I do sometimes have last minute spaces, so if your baby has already been born, get in touch and see if we can fit you in.

💸 Payment Plans
I want beautiful images to be accessible to everyone. That’s why I offer flexible payment plans for full newborn sessions you can spread the cost of your session and photo order into 3 easy payments. No interest. No fuss.
(Note: payment plans are not available for mini sessions.)

A £30 deposit is required to secure your session, the remaining balance of the bronze package (£269) is due at your session.
Around 2 weeks after your session you will be invited back to view your images at your viewing and ordering appointment. This is where you can choose your images, upgrade your package if you wish and add on any additional extras like wall art, prints etc.
Other packages are shown below if you can't choose just your 10 favourites at your viewing, you can upgrade.
