Newborn photography is about pressing pause, just for a moment, so you can remember exactly how this chapter felt.
I’m Nikita, and for over 10 years I’ve been trusted by families across Lancashire and Yorkshire to create safe, timeless and beautiful newborn portraits.
From my cosy studio in Barnoldswick, I welcome clients from Manchester to Leeds and everywhere in between.
What to Expect
Newborns change incredibly quickly, which is why sessions are best booked while your baby is under 4 weeks old.
This is when they’re still beautifully sleepy and happy to be gently guided into those womb-like poses.
Every session is:

We take breaks whenever needed for feeding, changing and cuddles. There’s no clock-watching here.
I provide everything you need, including:

Hot drinks and a moment to breathe for parents
All you need to do is arrive and relax.

My Barnoldswick studio is designed to feel like a calm retreat, with:

There’s comfy seating and snacks so you can settle in and enjoy the experience.

These sessions are about family connection, not just portraits.
When to Book
To guarantee a space, it’s best to book while you’re still pregnant. I’ll note your due date and keep my diary flexible around your baby’s arrival.
To ensure every family receives my full care and attention:

I take on a limited number of newborn sessions each month

Dates are adjusted once your baby arrives
If your baby has already been born, please still get in touch. I occasionally have last-minute availability, and I’ll always do my best to accommodate you where possible.

Newborn Baby Photography Pricing
To secure your newborn session there is a session fee of £69 at the time of booking. This is for the cost of the session and includes my time, use of props and editing of images. This does not include any images.
You don't need to pay for any images until you see your gallery at your viewing and ordering appointment around 1-2 weeks after your session. This is when you will choose your digital package and products to take home.
