Mini Session Contract

 By paying your booking fee you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. There will be a paper copy of these for you to sign when you arrive at your session.

 

 

 Creative Licence

 

 Images are edited at the Photographer’s discretion, and delivered edits may not include all images shot. The Photographer reserves the creative rights to edit and release only those images deemed creditable as professional in quality and within the photographer’s artistic standards.

 

 Booking Fee

 A booking fee is required to secure your mini session.
This is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, the booking fee paid is non-refundable. This fee must be received to secure the date of booking. 

 

 Cancellation

 

 There shall be no refund of the booking fee after the signing of the Agreement and the reservation of the session date.

Once a balance is paid, it is non-refundable. Any other arrangements shall be discussed between the Clients and the Photographer. All arrangements will be put in writing. Cancellation must be in writing even if a phone call was made to inform the Photographer of the cancellation.

If the photographer has to cancel the session due to emergency or illness the choice will be given to the client for a re schedule or full refund of any monies paid.

In the extremely unlikely event of loss of images due to equipment failure, theft, fire or anything else that is beyond the photographers control the client will be given a free session to attempt to re capture the images lost.

 The photographer will do their very best to capture all the poses possible but cannot accept responsibility for any un co-operation from anyone during the session including babies that can affect the outcome of the photos. Mini sessions are just 15 minutes long, so for more energetic children it is best to book a regular session instead.

 

 During the session no other cameras/phones or other recording devices are allowed to be used other than the photographers.

 

 Whilst in the studio and building the client is responsible for any children and their behaviour, due to health and safety reasons if the session becomes disruptive due to children's bad behaviour the session will end. Nikita Kayleigh Photography can not accept any liability for personal belongings brought into the building.

 Animals:

​

 For sessions including pets, the client shall at all times be responsible for keeping their pet under control. The photographer shall not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury caused by the pet to the client, their family or any third party. The client shall compensate the Photographer for any loss resulting from their pet's behaviour. Please note that during the sessions, animals will not touch anything that comes into direct contact with babies. Everything is cleaned thoroughly using antibacterial wipes and detol spray. The paper backdrop is torn off and disposed of. If a pet session is scheduled on the same day as another session, it will always be the second session, this ensures me enough time to have a deep clean in the studio to reduce the risk of any allergies.

 

 Delivery Of Images

 

 Around 2 weeks after your session, you will receive a link to a password protected online gallery, where you can view your images. You will have 48 hours to choose you images as well as upgrade your package if you wish. Digital images will be emailed once you have made your choice and any further payment. 

All products must be collected from the studio to ensure clients satisfaction and safe delivery of your order.

 

 If the client sets up their own photography business within 25 miles, within 12 months of their session, a £495 training fee will be payable to Nikita Kayleigh Photography.

 

 Copyright

 Any images posted by me onto social media can be shared from my page, tagged and used as profile and cover photos but must not be saved, copied or altered in anyway. If purchasing digital images these will not have my watermark on, images must not be altered in any way, this includes social media filters, otherwise you have full printing and usage rights once purchased. Printed images must not be scanned or photographed to make digital copies, this is in breech of copyright laws as well as any alteration of images and is illegal.
